Spruikit Private Coaching

• The full cost of appointments are payable by credit card, direct transfer or cheque at the time of booking (or as otherwise agreed)
• Once appointment times are agreed any request to transfer an appointment to another date must be made not less than 48 hours prior to the agreed coaching date/time otherwise the full cost of that appointment will be forfeited
• Your cancellation at any time will forfeit any monies already paid
• Participant no-shows on the coaching date will not be entitled to a refund or re-allocation
• Spruikit Pty Ltd reserves the right to postpone, re-schedule or cancel coaching due to facilitator illness or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Spruikit Pty Ltd
• In the case of Spruikit Pty Ltd cancelling, a full refund will be made within 14 days
• Spruikit Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its facilitators in case of illness or any other factor beyond the control of Spruikit Pty Ltd

Spruikit Private Workshops

• Total training cost is required to be paid 14 days prior to the agreed training date

• Spruikit Pty Ltd reserves the right to postpone, re-schedule or cancel training due to facilitator illness or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Spruikit Pty Ltd
• In the case of Spruikit Pty Ltd cancelling, a full refund will be made within 14 days
• Spruikit Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its facilitators in case of illness or any other factor beyond the control of Spruikit Pty Ltd

Spruikit Public Workshops

• Booking is only confirmed once accepted by Spruikit Pty Ltd (due to strictly limited places available) and payment made
• Cancellations up to 14 days prior to the training date will be refunded less a 25% booking fee
• Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the training date will be refunded less a 50% booking fee
• Cancellations received less than 7 days prior including participant no-shows on the training date will not be entitled to a refund or re-allocation, however, substitutes are welcome
• Spruikit Pty Ltd reserves the right to postpone, re-schedule or cancel training due to facilitator illness or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Spruikit Pty Ltd

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spruikit Pty Ltd, its employees, agents and consultants exclude all liability for any loss or damage claims and expenses including but not limited to legal costs, indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including, but not limited to, negligence) arising out of attending, or using any information from materials supplied at, any workshop or coaching session. Where any law prohibits the exclusion of such liability, Spruikit Pty Ltd limits its liability to the re-supply of training and/or information.
