Helen Tiller
Helen is an immensely experienced practitioner and teacher in voice, speech and singing.
After commencing formal singing training at the age of 16 at Adelaide’s Elder Conservatorium, Helen’s career has taken her to many corners of the globe. She has performed many leading roles in professional Operetta, Oratorio and musical theatre productions, and worked for ten years in television during which time she had the honour of being the first female television news reader in Australia.
Since 1989 Helen has been a voice, speech and singing teacher at a number of Australian universities and has taught voice workshops in every state of Australia, and in the UK, USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand. Helen has also worked as a voice consultant to state theatre companies, film production houses, television and radio networks, and musical productions/festivals.
Helen has realised the voice potential of people from many professions, including actors, singers, media presenters, politicians, teachers, doctors and corporate professionals.
